Staff are noted for their attentiveness and helpfulness.

“Theodore House strikes me as a place of genuine quietude, set beautifully within the grounds of Stonyhurst College; its appeal lies in the clean, comfortable spaces and the warmth of the staff, Jeanette being a notable example of their helpfulness. I can see why it's a good base for exploring the local countryside, offering a peaceful retreat that feels like excellent value. The absence of TVs in rooms, in favour of Wi-Fi, contributes to a tranquil atmosphere that I imagine many find quite restorative.”
